I really wanted to like BPI Sports, but the whole experience left me unsure. The ingredient info feels way too vague, and some of the labels or product pages don’t really tell you the exact amounts or why certain things are even included.

On top of that, the product kind of feels like it works when it wants to. Some days I thought maybe it was doing something, other days not so much. If I’m taking supplements, I want to feel confident about what’s going into my body, not have to guess or dig around for basic details. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

Not gonna lie, I really wanted to like this, but the flavor just didn’t work for me. It was way too sweet and had this weird artificial aftertaste that I couldn’t get past. I gave it a few tries hoping it would grow on me, but I couldn’t even finish the tub. I won’t be buying it again...

I tried to browse around and check out, but the pages were loading so slowly and the menu felt all over the place. Then my cart kept disappearing too?! After dealing with it for a while, I just got annoyed and gave up.

I had a hard time canceling my subscription. I expected clearer instructions or at least a more obvious way to do it, but the process felt confusing and took longer than it should have.

I tried one of their pre-workouts and it just felt super weak to me. I started with the normal scoop, then went through the hassle of measuring out a little extra the next time, mixing it up again, waiting to see if it would hit, and still barely got any kick or focus from it.

Maybe it works better for other people, but for me the potency just wasn’t there. It basically felt like I paid for a tub of flavored powder and had to put in extra effort just to be disappointed. Definitely not buying it again

So in the end, I didn’t get what I ordered. The site showed the items were in stock, so I went ahead and placed the order, but later I got a message saying they actually weren’t available. Frustrating, and it felt like a waste of time.

Tried to check out but couldn’t use the payment method I wanted. Annoying

I kept reaching out to support about my issue, but it felt like they were just ignoring me. Maybe I wasn’t explaining it clearly enough or expecting too quick of a fix, but either way, nothing ever got resolved.

I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting on my refund from bpisports.com. Every time I contact support, I get the same generic reply, so it feels like I’m just trapped in this loop with no real update. It’s really frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

I checked out bpisports.com the other night while I was looking for some new supplements after dinner, i just didn’t feel great about it. The site itself looks fine at first, but something about it made me hesitate. I couldn’t find enough clear info or feedback that made me feel confident about buying. Maybe I’m being extra cautious, but I’d rather stick with a supplement brand that has a stronger reputation and more trustworthy customer reviews

My first impression wasn’t great. I paid way too much for such a tiny tub, and it just didn’t feel worth it to me.

I ordered from BPI Sports because I figured there would be a better flavor selection than what I usually see, but a lot of the ones I actually wanted were either sold out or just not that different. It felt like mostly the usual chocolate, vanilla, fruit punch type stuff, which is fine, but also kind of not exciting.
The taste of what I got wasn’t bad or anything, I’d probably drink it again, but it gets old quick somehow. I also wish they had more sample sizes, because buying a big tub of a flavor you’re not sure about is annoying, even though I guess I still bought one anyway.

I’m not sure if I just missed something in the fine print, but the return policy felt really frustrating to deal with. It was enough of a hassle that I’m sure I won’t be ordering from them again.

My order showed up totally crushed and half open, which was frustrating. The tub itself was dented and there was powder all over the lid. Am I missing something here? For what I paid, I definitely expected it to arrive in better shape.
